Flexible PCBs have recently gained huge popularity as they guarantee unlimited freedom of packaging geometry when used in applications. They can be shaped, bent, twisted, and folded into limitless configurations, adding to their popularity and wide acceptance. Flexible PCBs, which is a patterned arrangement of printed circuitry and components, are manufactured at Hemeixin utilizing premium quality raw materials and advanced manufacturing processes. Our highly reliability flexible printed circuits are being largely chosen for ultra-compact and/or high-performance devices across industries. With continuously updated capabilities and equipment, our team meets your unique requirements each time every time.
Hemeixin specialises in designing and manufacturing large-format PCBs for many different uses and configurations.
We are able to produce flexible PCBs that are several metres long thanks to our mastery of the roll-to-roll manufacturing process.
These flexible PCBs, much larger than standard-sized PCBs and without any real limit on size, offer a major advantage. They allow you to produce a single piece that includes all functional parts along with all necessary connectors, whereas a traditional design would require the combination of one or more rigid PCBs with wired connections.
Hemeixin has the unique capability to provide our customers with extra-long FPC and PCBs as long as 50 feet (15 meter) , making us one of the few suppliers who can provide boards this size.
We can provide these boards by having extra-large window exposure equipment designed to handle this size of the board (special lamination processes, die-cutting, and process controls).
Hemeixin assures that the extra-long Flex Printed Circuits and Printed Circuit Boards that will meet all of the customers’ products’ dimensional requirements including being able to assure proper flatness and shrinkage tolerances as well as making sure that the product will fit properly into the customers’ end product.
Hemeixin’s manufacturing process requires a high level of precision and control to produce these specialized extra-long boards. All equipment has to be precisely calibrated. All materials selections have to be carefully selected and the weave pattern coordinated to avoid warp and twist and flatness and finally having very well controlled processes and skilled technicians all play a critical role in ensuring consistent quality output.

High flexibility of the circuits permits them to be packaged, folded, and positioned around folds and edges. Typically useful for electronic devices that require connections in all the three axes.
Due to their thin and lightweight construction, the circuits permit a substantial decrease in the dimensions and weight of the devices.
Being flexible and lightweight in construction, flex circuits can absorb the effects of shock and vibration to itself and the solder joint connections. This helps improve the performance and reliability of the device & performance criteria of 200,000 bend cycles can be achieved.
From single-sided flex circuit boards to multi-layer PCBs, we have the capability to assemble & produce a wide range of flexible PCB designs to the highest standards. Our assembly process uses the highest quality PCB components available on the market, ensuring your flexible PCBs are reliable and cost effective. We offer a range of custom assembly options to make sure our finished flexible printed circuit boards meet your specifications and requirements. Our quick turn prototyping services will ensure your design iterations are performed rapidly. In addition to flexible PCB assembly, we can also design custom PCBs to your specifications and manufacture both small lots and large orders of flexible and rigid flex printed circuit boards. Designers benefit from design freedom, as they will have the opportunity to reduce the weight, enhance reliability & achieve reduction in space.
Compared to other forms of PCBs, flexible PCBs can be manufactured with fewer interconnects, contact crimps, connectors and solder joints. With an unwavering commitment to quality, flex PCBs work best in GPS units, tablets, smart phones, cameras, and wearables, among others. A few amongst the several benefits of choosing these forms of PCBs include:
Flexible printed circuit boards are the choice when reliability and maximum adaptability is utmost important and dynamic flexing of circuit is needed. They are largely incorporated in the making of pacemakers, cochlear implants, handheld monitors, aircraft missile-launch detectors, radio communication systems, control tower systems, signal processing systems, electronic control module, test equipment, electrical switches, among others. Owing to their several proven features and benefits, the demand for flexible circuit boards has grown to unprecedented levels in industries such as:
In harmony with the growing demands for flex PCBs, we being a prominent flexible PCB manufacturer, take on any flexible printed circuit board design challenge. With attentive customer support from design, through final production, we deliver quality products at competitive price.
